Strawberry Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 3/4 to 2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
grated lemon peel of 1 lemon
1/2 juice of 1 fresh lemon
1/4 c. vegetable or corn oil
Preparation

Separate whites of eggs.
Beat egg whites and add sugar gradually.
Fold in egg yolks into this mixture.
Add flour gradually, vanilla, lemon peel, lemon juice and oil.
Fold together and pour into pan.
Butter spring-form pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes until done.
