Shrimp Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. gelatin
    2 cans chopped shrimp
    1 can tomato soup, diluted
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 c. onion, chopped
    3/4 c. celery, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.
    Bring soup to boil and dissolve cheese in it.
    Dissolve gelatin in soup mixture and let cool.
    Add celery, onion and mayonnaise.
    Let firm in refrigerator for 5 minutes.
    Alternate shrimp and sauce in layers in greased mold and return to refrigerator to firm.
    Yields 5 cup mold.
