Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ham, ground
    1 lb. lean beef chuck or 1 lb. ground turkey
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. ketchup
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Pack into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Drain off juice before unmolding.
    Serves 8 to 10.
    Serve with Honey-Dijon Mustard Sauce.
