Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. (1 pkg.) white Hominy (drained)
    16 oz. (1 pkg.) yellow Hominy (drained)
    1 lb. sharp Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    3/4 c. sour cream
    4 oz. (1 can) chilies OR jalapeno pepper, chopped
Preparation
    In a large bowl combine hominy, half of the cheese (remainder to be used later), sour cream and chilies (or peppers).
    Spoon into a greased 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle top with rest of cheese.
