Sure Bet Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. sherbet (flavor of your choice)
    1 pkg. white cake mix
    2 Tbsp. almond extract
    2 pkg. flaked coconut (14 oz.)
Preparation
    Soften sherbet in bowl; add cake mix and almond extract. Blend until just well mixed.
    Stir in coconut.
    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 13 minutes.
