Chinese Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    4 oz. sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 lb. seedless green grapes
    1/2 c. mock sour cream
    1/4 c. fat-free Ranch dressing
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes.
    Mix together chicken, water chestnuts and celery.
    Blend together the sour cream, fat-free dressing, curry powder, soy sauce and lemon juice.
    Pour over the chicken mixture.
    Stir in the grapes.
    Chill several hours.
