French-Fried Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sweet potatoes
    oil (for frying)
    salt or sugar to taste
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; cut into thin strips.
    Fry in hot oil until crisp and brown outside and tender on inside.
    Drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
    Serve plain or sprinkled with salt or sugar.
