Sara'S Favorite Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice or 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 can evaporated milk (may use low-fat evaporated milk)
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
4 to 5 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation

Sift flour and salt together.
Cut shortening into it with pastry blender until size of peas.
Sprinkle water in and mix it with a fork.
Form into a ball and flatten on a floured surface. Roll from center to edge until 1/2-inch thick.
