Ginger Creams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. Crisco
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. water
2 c. flour
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
-
Cream the Crisco, sugar, egg, molasses and water.
Blend in remaining ingredients and chill.
Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven or until no imprint remains when touched lightly in the center.
