Sausage And Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9-inch) pie shells
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    8 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix together all of the ingredients and pour into pie shells. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
