Chop Suey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion
1 large bell pepper
3 stalks celery
1 small jar pimentos
1 small pork roast, cut in small pieces
1 lb. mushrooms
1 can bean sprouts
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Combine meat and all vegetables in large frying pan, browning meat and vegetables.
Add soy and Worcestershire sauce, bean sprouts and cream of mushroom soup.
Let simmer for about 45 minutes.
Good over rice or noodles.
