Teddy'S Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
8 oz. mild grated Cheddar cheese
5 oz. jar smoke flavored process cheese spread
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 Tbsp. onion, chopped very fine
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix cream cheese, grated Cheddar cheese and cheese spread. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, onion and
lemon juice.
Form into a ball.
Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
Roll ball in pecans or chipped dried beef.
