Straw Hat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (15 oz.) chili, with or without beans
    1 can jumbo tamales
    12 oz. Longhorn cheese, grated
    5 c. tortilla chips
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    Lightly grease an 11 x 14-inch baking dish or 2-quart casserole dish.
    Layer tortilla chips, unwrapped tamales, chili, cheese and onions.
    Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
