Low Calorie Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. quick oats
    1 c. wheat germ (can use crushed corn flakes)
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/4 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 to 2 small eggs
    4 medium bananas, mashed
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. applesauce
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix flour, oats, corn meal and wheat germ.
    Add rest of ingredients and stir well. Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until done. Makes 2 loaves with 155 calories per slice.
