Quick Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup vanilla ice cream, softened
    1 cup self rising flour
    1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
    1 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    2 tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, mix ice cream and flour. Add butter and sugar. Fold in blueberries. Stir until mixed well. Spoon into six or eight muffin cups.
