Oven Broiled Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken, cut, washed and drained
    1 stick butter
    1/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Melt butter in pan.
    Prepare cracker crumbs and flour.
    Salt chicken and roll in crumb mixture.
    Lay in pan skin side up.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes, turn and bake 35 minutes.
