Freezer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    4 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 large carrot, peeled and shredded
    1/2 c. sweet red pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. salt (add salt to vinegar mixture)
    4 c. cauliflower flowerets
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Combine white vinegar, sugar, water and celery seed in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir occasionally.
    Remove from heat and cool.
    Put broccoli and other ingredients in a bowl.
    Add the vinegar mixture and toss.
    Makes 4 (1 pints) or 8 cups.
    Put this in refrigerator for 8 hours before serving.
    Can freeze for 1 month and take out and let thaw before serving.
