Marinated Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    2 tsp. celery seed
    salt and pepper
    1 can French-style green beans
    1 can corn
    1 (4 oz.) jar mushrooms
    1 c. onion
    1 c. green pepper
    1 c. celery
    1 can peas
Preparation
    Heat sugar, vinegar, oil, celery seed, salt and pepper together until sugar is dissolved.
    Cool sauce.
    Pour over vegetables. Cover and marinate overnight.
    Shake or stir and serve.
