Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat eggs with mixer.
    Stir in sugar, oil, zucchini and vanilla.
    Combine flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder in a separate bowl.
    Add to egg/zucchini mixture; mix well.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan or two greased 8 x 4-inch loaf pans.
    Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Cool.
    Store 1 to 2 days before serving.
