"Simple Strawberry Cake"(Just Mix By Hand, Don'T Bother With The Mixer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour*
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 whole eggs or may use just the whites
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry gelatin (I use wild strawberry)
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. crushed fresh strawberries or frozen berries, thawed
