Broccoli, Rice, Chicken & Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6-8 chicken tenders or 2-3 cans boned chicken
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 c. grated cheese, separated
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (10 oz.) can Cream of Chicken soup
    1 tsp. salt
    Dash of pepper
Preparation
    If using chicken tenderloins, cook and cut into bite-size pieces.
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    Combine chicken and broccoli with 1 c. cheese and remaining ingredients.
    Pour into 2 qt. baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Top with remaining 1 c. cheddar cheese and bake long enough to melt cheese.
