Baked Pyrizhky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. melted margarine, cooled
    1 egg
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. warm water
    7 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients; let rise 40 to 50 minutes.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Knead dough well.
    Take half dough and roll out to little less than 1/4-inch thick.
    With glass about 3-inches in diameter, cut out dough.
    Put about 1 tablespoon filling in center of circles.
    Fold over; pinch edges together well and form into a crescent.
    Put stuffed crescents on well-greased cookie sheet and let rise 1 hour.
    Brush tops with melted margarine and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Recipe can be halved.
