Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. oil
    3 Tbsp. molasses
    1 1/2 c. grated zucchini
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. raisins
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Whisk eggs with oil and molasses.
    Add zucchini and vanilla and mix.
    Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
    Add to wet ingredients and mix until moistened. Don't overmix.
    Dredge raisins and walnuts in flour and add to batter; fold in.
    Pour into 2 greased 9 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
