Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. peeled and grated zucchini
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
    1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light.
    Add oil, squash and vanilla.
    Mix well; add dry ingredients and blend.
    Add nuts and raisins.
    Pour into 2 well-greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0. Remove from pans at once.
