Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. zucchini, ground with rind
    4 c. onions, chopped
    5 Tbsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    6 c. sugar
    2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 red pepper, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    2 c. tomatoes
    8 oz. Dole crushed pineapple
    1 box Sure-Jell
    5 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Cook first 3 ingredients until Sure-Jell is dissolved, then add remaining ingredients.
    Boil 4 minutes and pour into sterilized jars and seal.
    Yield:
    About 4 pints.
