Whole Wheat Raisin And Nut Quick Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups whole wheat flour
    3 teaspoons baking powder
    1 cup honey OR 1/2 honey and 1/2 molasses
    1 1/4 cups milk - skim
    1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
    1 tablespoon cinnamon
    1 cup raisins
    2 tablespoons melted butter
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
    Grease loaf pan and line with waxed paper.
    Mix all ingredients except raisins and nuts.
    Add the raisins and nuts and mix again.
    Bake for 1 hour.
    Turn onto a rack to cool.
