Chicken Satay(With Peanut Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 Bamboo Skewers
    1/3 Cup Canned Unsweetened Coconut Milk
    3 Tbsp. Creamy Peanut Butter
    4 Tbsp. Lime Juice
    3 Tbsp. Fresh Mint Leaves
    2 Tbsp. Fresh Basil Leaves
    2 tsp. Tabasco
    2 tsp. Soy Sauce
    1 Tbsp. Ground Coriander
    3/4 tsp. Salt
    3/4 tsp. Sugar
    1 1/2 lbs. Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Thighs (cut into 1/2-inch chunks)
Preparation
    Soak the skewers in cold water for 30 minutes before broiling.
