Cheese And Mushroom Canapes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. mushrooms
1 Tbsp. butter
8 oz. cream cheese (regular or lite)
1 tsp. minced onion
salt
pepper
Preparation
-
Chop mushrooms in tiny pieces and cook in butter a few minutes.
Add cream cheese, onion, salt and pepper.
If necessary, add some cream to soften.
When ready to serve, heat in 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly.
Spread on small thin rounds or squares of bread. French bread is delicious.
