Mexican Corn And Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sliced onion
    1 clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. zucchini, sliced (1/2 c. yellow squash, optional)
    2 c. corn kernels
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Heat oil in a skillet and saute onion and garlic until soft. Add zucchini and corn.
    Saute for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Add cumin, salt and pepper.
    Add in tomato sauce and water.
    Cook 15 to 20 minutes over medium heat and reduce heat to simmer.
