Low-Fat Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. can tuna in water
2 tsp. horseradish
2 Tbsp. reduced calorie mayo
1 stalk celery
1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Makes about one cup (enough for three sandwiches).
Spread on bread and garnish with lettuce and tomato.
Calories: 247 per sandwich; 5 fat grams per sandwich.
