Golden Crumb Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli, cut up
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. (1 oz.) shredded sharp cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. rich round cheese cracker crumbs (6 crackers)
Preparation
    In covered saucepan, cook broccoli in small amount of boiling, salted water, for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Drain.
    Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Combine soup, mayonnaise, cheese, pimento and lemon juice.
    Pour over broccoli.
    Top with cracker crumbs.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
