Raspberry Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine, at room temperature
    1/2 c. sugar
    yolks of 2 large eggs
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. raspberry jam (red)
    2 Tbsp. 10x sugar
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat margarine and sugar.
    Add egg yolks and beat.
    Stir in flour 1/2 cup at a time to form a soft dough.
    Press 1 1/4 cups of dough into bottom of a 9-inch square pan.
    Spread jam on it.
    Pat remaining dough on top.
    Sprinkle evenly with confectioners sugar and nuts.
    Bake for 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Remove and cool.
    Makes 36 bars.
