Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 qt. popped corn
    2 sticks butter (margarine)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white Karo syrup
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Boil sugar, Karo, butter and salt for 5 minutes (hard boil stage).
    Take off fire.
    Add soda and vanilla.
    Pour over corn. Stir well and bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0, stirring every 15 minutes.
