Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients; add eggs and oil.
    Stir until dry ingredients are moistened; do not beat or cake will be tough. Stir in vanilla, pineapple, pecans and bananas.
    Put in well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Cool and frost.
