Fresh Vegetable Marinade 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
    1 smal head cauliflower
    1 bunch broccoli
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 medium green peppers, chopped
    1 small red onion, thinly sliced
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. dried Italian dressing
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Separate cauliflower and broccoli into small flowerets. Combine all vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
    Combine remaining ingredients; mix well and pour over vegetables, tossing gently. Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
    Serves 8 to 10.
