Raisin Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine the brown sugar, cornstarch and dry mustard in a saucepan.
    Slowly stir in the vinegar; blend well.
    Add lemon juice, lemon peel, water and raisins.
    Stir over medium heat until thick, clear and bubbly.
    Perfect for Christmas or Easter ham.
