Marinated Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 (1-inch thick) pork chops (about 3 lb.)
3/4 c. honey
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation

Place pork chops in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients.
Pour over pork chops. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
Remove from refrigerator.
Let stand 30 minutes.
Bake in marinade, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until a meat thermometer registers 160\u00b0.
Yields 6 servings.
