Stir-Fry Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. trimmed green beans
    2 cloves minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. grated, minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. each of soy sauce, peanut oil and water
Preparation
    Heat oil in wok and add first three ingredients.
    Stir-fry 2 minutes on high and then add soy sauce and water.
    Cook covered for 3-5 more minutes, or untilo greens are done.
