Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3 c. pumpkin (29 oz. can)
    3 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. water
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add oil, water and pumpkin.
    Sift dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture.
    One cup raisins, currants or nuts may be added here.
    Fill greased baking pans 3/4 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tester comes out clean.
    Time depends on size of baking pan used.
