Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
    1 large onion, chopped large
    1/2 stick butter
    1 1/2 c. white vinegar
    3/4 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Season-All
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 pkg. flour shells
Preparation
    Cut chicken thighs in 4 slices.
    Set aside in a large bowl with cover.
    Melt butter in 2-quart sauce pan.
    Put onions, Season-All and garlic powder in hot butter.
    Saute.
    Pour vinegar and lemon juice over onion mixture.
    Bring to a boil.
    Pour over sliced chicken.
    Cover and let marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours. Place chicken on grill and cook to doneness.
    Serve on flour shells with guacamole.
    Good side dishes are pinto beans and Spanish rice.
