Pork Chop Skillet Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops (enough for your family)
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced in rings
    Minute rice (uncooked)
    canned tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in a large skillet.
    Put a slice of onion on top, then a pepper ring.
    Put a tablespoon of rice in each pepper ring.
    Pour the tomatoes around the pork chops.
    Cover and simmer for about 30 to 40 minutes, or until chops are tender.
