New Mexico Aztec Platter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans (with chili and onions, if available)
    1 to 1 1/4 oz. envelope taco seasoning mix
    3 avocados, mashed
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
    4 green onions, chopped (greens only)
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    12 pitted ripe olives, sliced
    1 large tomato, seeded and cubed
    chili powder
    fresh parsley
    1 (7 oz.) bag round tortilla chips
Preparation
    Use 10 to 12-inch glass pie plate or similar shallow round plate.
    For layer 1, mix refried beans and taco seasoning.
    Spread onto plate, not quite to edge.
