Pork Chops Southern Style - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 center cut pork chops (3/4 to 1-inch thick)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
3 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. long grain rice
4 slices tomatoes (1/4-inch thick)
4 slices white onion (1/4-inch thick)
4 slices green pepper (1/4-inch thick)
Preparation

Peel and quarter enough potatoes to cover the bottom of Dutch oven. Cover with water and boil until tender. Pour most of water off. Add 3 cans sauerkraut and 2 pounds Polish sausage, cut in 2 to 3-inch pieces. Heat and serve. This is easy, quick and serves a bunch.
