Heavenly Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    2 c. boiling water
    16 large marshmallows, chopped
    1 c. pineapple juice
    2 large apples, pared and diced
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 eggs
    1 c. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Dissolve jello and marshmallows in hot water.
    Add pineapple juice, crushed pineapple, apples and nuts. Let set.
