Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. cornbread mix, cooked as directed
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. whole kernel corn
1 c. cubed ham
1 pt. buttermilk salad dressing
1 green pepper, chopped
1 ripe tomato, chopped
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
Preparation

Break cornbread into pieces in large salad bowl.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Chill at least 2 hours or longer before serving.
