Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
    1 large can mixed vegetables, drained
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown hamburger in large frying pan.
    Drain excess fat.
    Mix in tomato paste and mixed vegetables.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Put in large round dish, put mashed potatoes on top.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bake 30 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven.
