Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can beef bouillon
    1 can beef consomme
    1 medium can bits and pieces mushrooms
    1/2 onion, diced
    5 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 c. regular rice
Preparation
    Saute onion in melted margarine.
    Butter casserole dish and add rice, consomme and bouillon.
    Drain mushrooms.
    Add mushrooms and onion to casserole.
    Cook (uncovered) at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
