Artichoke Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 6 oz. jars artichokes, chopped, reserve the liquid
    1 medium onion - diced
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. cayenne
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Heat liquid drained from artichokes in a skillet over medium heat with onion and garlic salt.
    Saute onion until tender. Starting with beaten eggs, add remaining ingredients including chopped artichokes.
    Add ingredients from skillet.\tPour into buttered 9 x13 pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cut into squares, serve warm.
