Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. can green chili peppers
    1 lb. Jack cheese
    2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    pepper
    dry mustard
    seasoned salt to taste
Preparation
    Slice peppers and cheese; arrange in two layers in baking dish.
    Beat eggs.
    Add other ingredients and pour over cheese and chili peppers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
