Microwave Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Shape into balls about 1 1/2 inches in size.
Place meatballs in an 8 x 8-inch microwave-safe baking dish.
Cover loosely with wax paper and microwave on High for 3 minutes.
Rearrange meatballs; microwave another 6 minutes.
Let stand for 3 minutes; drain. Makes about 24 meatballs.
